Understanding, Processing, and Coping with

Depression through Creative Arts Therapy

This group is open to young adults ages 18 through 25. The goals of this short-term group include: exploring and processing the effects of depression on everyday life through art making, finding support and understanding within a group setting, learning creative techniques to manage symptoms and to instill a renewed sense of hope. We will incorporate drawing, collage, and mixed media in every group. No previous art experience is required.

Additional Information:

Groups will meet once a week for six weeks starting in early September, 2017. Each session will last approximately one hour and fifteen minutes. Space is extremely limited so please reach out with questions and/or to enroll as soon as possible.


6 group sessions: $225. Payments can be made using cash, check, or debit/credit cards.
